*Personnel MUST be a Certified and/or Licensed Esthetician preferably bilingual and has completed all state required courses for certification in esthetician work, hascompleted all state required hours for obtaining license, continues to renew license per state/board laws by completing yearly courses on state certified esthetician requirements, and has highly extensive background/experience in esthetician work. Personnel is outgoing and energetic. Ability to discuss consumers’ experiences in regards to the products that embrace the values and heritage of the targeted population.

• Personnel relates to females between the age of 20 – 50 years, has experience with skin care lines, is able to discuss the brand in depth, can energetically promote and sell the full product line and its benefits to consumers. A background in the beauty industry or in cosmetic demos is preferred. Ability to interact actively and informatively to consumers on the newest trends in beauty products and equipment. Ability to relate to consumers based on own personal experience using the product(s).
